TL;DR

Talent Development Specialist (Fintech): Designing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance individual and team performance across different departments with an accent on modern learning methodologies, technology integration, and data-driven evaluation. Focus on assessing skill gaps, developing engaging content, and refining initiatives based on performance data and stakeholder collaboration.

Location: Hybrid 2-3 times/week in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Assess learning and development needs across different departments to identify skill gaps.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and materials, including e-learning, classroom training, and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
• Collaborate with HR department leads and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with company goals.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning programs.
• Produce regular reports and analyze learning data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
