What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable and robust enterprise API Gateways across multiple product offerings.
• Establish and promote an API-first methodology across cross-functional teams.
• Drive the capability for parallel feature development and incremental delivery of software.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with the expectation of adapting to other languages as needed.
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies (e.g., AWS Kinesis, SNS, SQS, EventBridge).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
