What you will do

• Ensure effective adherence to regulatory requirements and enterprise programs.
• Collect, review, and present evidence for internal and external audits.
• Perform quality assurance and validation of compliance evidence.
• Provide input for interpretation and implementation of legal and regulatory responses.
• Work with internal business areas to meet project goals and escalate issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four or more years of utility, cybersecurity, auditing, compliance, or regulatory experience; OR eight or more years of experience without a degree.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance controls, security, and critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in tools and procedures for regulatory compliance programs.
• Must pass a personnel risk assessment including seven-year background screening and annual cybersecurity training.
• Manage confidential information with a high degree of integrity.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, or Electrical Engineering.
• Two or more years of experience working with regulatory standards and requirements.
• Cybersecurity certifications (GIAC, ISACA, ISC).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO).
• Experience with implementing new enterprise processes.
• Experience with audit skills, controls, and industry regulatory issues.
