Manager, Integrations (AI): Leading a team responsible for coordinating and managing direct integrations between hirify.global's AI platform and client's customer management systems with an accent on team development, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. Focus on setting metrics, driving improvements to best practices, and ensuring effective fulfillment of customer integrations.

Location: This role is onsite in our Lehi, Utah office, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Mentor and coach a team of integration specialists.
• Set, measure, and evaluate individual and team success metrics.
• Drive strategic direction and manage effective fulfillment of customer integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, partnerships, support, customer success, and sales teams.
• Develop improvements to best practices, systems, and ways of working.
• Manage prioritization and escalation of issues.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or STEM.
• 1-3+ years as an integration consultant, solution engineer, or software developer.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a history of driving impact.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to encourage others.
• Experience working with APIs and comfortable reading API documentation.

• International experience is a plus.
