What you will do

  • Execute and manage paid campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Analyze large datasets using Google Analytics to track user journey and attribute success.
  • Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline for the sales team.
  • Expand reach and help achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is essential.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and ad copy proofing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present performance updates clearly.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly and manage multiple workstreams in a scaling startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Active certifications in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or Meta Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Understanding of the "Client Work" industry or Project Management software landscape.
