TL;DR

Director, People Analytics: Creating actionable insights from people and company data to drive talent strategy and business success with an accent on applying advanced analytics methodologies across the employee lifecycle. Focus on identifying opportunities to enhance culture, improve retention, and optimize career pathways.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Working 2 days a week from the hub.

What you will do

• Apply innovative advanced analytics methodologies to talent questions across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior leaders to define and execute the people analytics vision, supporting hirify.global’s people strategy.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models, products, and tools for real-time workforce insights.
• Collaborate with People, Game Leaders, Strategy, and Finance to leverage data-driven insights.
• Analyze employee engagement, retention, mobility, and development data to identify opportunities to enhance culture.
• Lead ad-hoc insights projects, often requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Requirements

• BS in a quantitative field such as math, physics, economics, or computer science (MS preferred).
• 7 to 10 years of experience in data science, technology, or analytics, with several of those in People Analytics and/or Machine Learning.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning, with a broad understanding of techniques for different applications.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis using Python and/or R, and strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong data visualization skills, including working knowledge of tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlikview.
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in organizational psychology.
• Gaming, media, or entertainment experience.
