What you will do

• Architect Joint Offerings: Design technical frameworks for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offerings powered by hirify.global.
• Embed hirify.global into GSI Blueprints: Work with GSI practice leads to embed hirify.global as the default security standard in their Cloud Migration, App Modernization, and AI transformation reference architectures.
• Drive Executive Alignment: Build technical credibility with GSI CTOs, CISOs, and Practice Leaders to drive adoption.
• Scale Technical Enablement: Provide input to the design of "train-the-trainer" programs that empower GSI consultants.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on partner requirements.
• Evangelize Cloud Security: Serve as a thought leader at partner conferences and in joint whitepapers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Cloud Security expertise with a deep technical understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Proven track record working for or with Global Systems Integrators.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience implementing "Shift Left" strategies by integrating security scanning into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Understanding of modern SOC workflows and experience integrating cloud security telemetry into SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Cortex XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel) to streamline incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience designing security architectures for highly regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector) and familiarity with their compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with container security, Kubernetes (K8s) admission controllers, and runtime threat detection.
• Understanding of the risks associated with AI/ML pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the cloud.
• Experience with cloud data governance and discovery.
• Certifications: GCP, CKA/CKAD, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
