What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to Enterprise Sales Leaders, aligning enablement programs with business objectives.
- Optimize Enterprise Account Executive onboarding to improve "Time to Productivity" and multi-stakeholder navigation.
- Design competency and certification programs for subject matter expertise and executive presence in buyer interactions.
- Lead go-to-market plan execution for product launches, equipping the field with messaging and competitive intelligence.
- Analyze Enterprise sales performance data to identify systemic gaps and develop coaching frameworks and scaled programs.
- Optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, LMS, Conversational Intelligence) to refine sales methodology with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership within B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise sales motion, including long cycles and methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate raw performance data into actionable enablement strategies.
- BA/BS degree required.
