What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global products and achieve or exceed sales forecasts for the territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at Key Customers and Key Distributors.
  • Manage and motivate manufacturer rep firms in the South-Central Region.
  • Develop and oversee the creation and management of new business opportunities for the region.
  • Understand emerging trends or technologies and initiate new applications or product developments.
  • Assist with coordination of territory visits and ensure full customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the electronic component industry with demonstrated direct selling experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and key objectives.
  • BSc Electronic Engineering or other BSc Engineering disciplines, or Sales/Marketing qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills due to high customer interaction.
  • Native English speaking.
  • Strong strategic skills and the ability to work in a team.
