Professional Services Consultant (IT Operations): Ensuring successful implementation of digital employee experience software and managing customer expectations regarding technical and business benefits with an accent on technical capability, solution design, and quality service delivery. Focus on understanding customer requirements, advising on industry best practices, and empowering customer adoption of the solution.
Location: Hybrid work model in Tokyo, Japan; must be able to travel to and work from customer offices or sites as required.

What you will do
- Implement and operate products at an advanced level during project implementation.
- Install and configure solutions in line with agreed designs and prepare technical deliverables.
- Ensure technical aspects of service delivery meet the required quality standards.
- Educate and empower customers for full adoption of the solution.
- Understand customer requirements to advise and implement relevant solutions following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software consulting role.
- Good troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation projects, preferably end-user related.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications; MacOS is a plus.
- Desired experience with Cloud deployments (e.g., Architecture, Security (SSO), API’s).
- General awareness of current industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST).
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.
- Excellent communication, customer-facing, and teamwork skills.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and English to support customer engagements.
