What you will do

• Develop self-help content strategies and tactics.
• Enhance Help Centre content structure and usability.
• Translate ideas into clear, meaningful content.
• Identify content improvement opportunities through data analysis and A/B testing.
• Act as a liaison between content, product, legal, and research teams.
• Manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and management for digital products (user flows, infographics, SEO, and A/B testing).
• High level of autonomy and problem-solving skills in content strategy.
• Ability to interpret research and analyses to inform content strategies.
• Proficient in copywriting and editing, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative person with strong organisational and time management skills.
• English: B2 required.
