TL;DR
Content Strategist (Content Creation): Developing and optimizing self-help content strategies for a platform used by millions of members across Europe, with an accent on content structure, usability, and user experience. Focus on translating ideas into clear content, identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis and A/B testing, and coordinating insights across product, legal, and research teams.
Location: Hybrid work in Europe. Offices are located in Vilnius and Berlin, with a recommendation of 2 days/week in the office (not enforced). Workation is possible for up to 90 days/year, with 21 days allowed outside the EU.
Salary: €2,483 - €3,358 gross per month.

What you will do
- Develop self-help content strategies and tactics to help members effortlessly resolve issues.
- Enhance the Help Centre's content structure and usability, focusing on content placement and UX improvements.
- Translate ideas into clear and meaningful content that enables members to find answers easily.
- Identify opportunities for content improvements and experimentation through data analysis.
- Act as a liaison between the content team and product, legal, and research teams, coordinating analyses and synthesizing user insights.
- Manage multiple content-related projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diverse content creation and management techniques for digital products (including user flows, infographics, SEO, and A/B testing).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research and data to inform content strategies and improvements.
- Proficient in copywriting and editing, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of autonomy and ability to make independent decisions in content strategy.
- Proven problem-solving skills in content strategy, showcasing innovative solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, along with a collaborative approach.
