Salary: $149,000–$201,000 (for California applicants)

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of partners, driving their practice maturity and capability to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners on practice/organization structure, key offerings, and services methodology.
- Support partners in winning deals and ensure successful project monitoring and delivery for joint customers.
- Act as an internal expert and advocate for partners, handling inquiries about delivery capabilities and coordinating opportunities.
- Guide internal teams on Partner Success processes and support leadership in department building activities.
- Maintain system compliance for data analysis and stay updated on product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment, working in or closely alongside Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner Sales, or similar roles.
- Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices, services GTM, and project management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience working with or within Partner organizations in an Enterprise SaaS environment, managing a portfolio of global/enterprise partners and understanding partner-driven revenue models.
- Technical background with iPaaS/Enterprise Orchestration knowledge, and experience with hands-on software implementation or architecture design.
- Consulting experience, program design/rollout/change management, and data analysis skills are required.
- Strong soft skills including excellent execution, work ethic, attention to detail, communication, relationship building, and logical decision making.
