What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain marketing decisihirify.global-making tools, including Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attributihirify.global (MTA).
• Translate complex statistical outputs into actihirify.globalable narratives that dictate how business strategy should evolve.
• Design and execute advanced geo-testing and causal inference frameworks to validate model efficacy and measure true incremental impact.
• Communicate complex statistical topics and model insights to both junior team members and executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Product teams to ensure models are integrated into the daily rhythm of the business.

Requirements

• Expertise in advanced statistical modeling and causal inference methods, with a proven track record of building MMM, MTA, or similar echirify.globalometric models in a D2C or E-commerce envirhirify.globalment.
• Experience managing large projects independently, demhirify.globalstrating the ability to deliver high-standard results without needing a predefined map.
