What you will do

• Guide complex technical decisions and support engineers across multiple squads.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing AI services.
• Raise engineering and architecture standards within the AI area.
• Lead design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and guide delivery efforts.
• Contribute directly to the codebase and help assess new tools.
• Mentor colleagues to reach their full potential and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering production-ready AI Applications.
• Strong technical background in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Knowledge on Fine tuning foundation models and using Python.
• Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP.
• Experience on Designing and implementing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity.
