Senior Manager - Reporting & Analytics, Risk & Compliance (Fintech): Shaping how risk and compliance analytics, observability, and insight are designed, governed, and embedded into decision-making with an accent on transparent, auditable, and decision-oriented analytics. Focus on moving the organization from reactive risk reporting to proactive, explainable risk intelligence and establishing a sustainable operating model.
Location: Hybrid (Singapore, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Define and implement risk and compliance intelligence strategy aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Design observability frameworks for risk and compliance processes, including data lineage and control effectiveness.
- Act as a senior partner to various teams (Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, Operations) and lead governance discussions.
- Strengthen regulatory readiness and support engagements through transparent, auditable analytics.
- Define target operating model for Risk & Compliance Intelligence and assess tooling/resourcing needs.
- Coach and mentor analysts and partner teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles.
- Good understanding of the Payments/Fintech industry.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data, interpret trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate regulatory reporting.

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
