TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing operational and technical support for hirify.global's suite of financial products with an accent on exceptional customer experiences and timely responses. Focus on resolving customer issues through collaboration with internal departments and building long-term partnerships.

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia. 30 days remote work from anywhere.

Salary: Competitive salary and meaningful equity (ESOP).

hirify.global is the payouts platform for the internet economy, enabling businesses to automate and manage payouts, collect recipient tax and banking information, and mitigate fraud and risk.

What you will do

  • Provide operational and technical support for hirify.global's Pay, Tax, Trust, and Sync products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through concise, accurate, and timely responses.
  • Clarify customer requirements, recommend solutions, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Managers, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrate empathy and build trusted long-term partnerships with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical Customer Support/Service Role.
  • Outstanding command of the English Language - written and spoken.
  • Experience in working with SaaS business/enterprise applications.
  • Client-oriented, with a desire to offer exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using support CRM systems such as Salesforce or Intercom.
  • Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Calendars, Sheets).
