What you will do

• Develop and maintain modular and reusable AI systems and applications.
• Build context systems and AI Agents.
• Research frontier models and explore new technologies.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams.
• Participate in design discussions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Contribute to the codebase and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and delivering production-ready AI applications.
• Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores, and MCP.
• Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity.
