Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy mobile solutions for hirify.global's growing backend.
• Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy solutions that improve the user journey.
• Work closely with back-end engineers to define and implement API integrations.
• Test solutions thoroughly, building unit tests and working with QA testers.
• Build a deep understanding of products and their impact on business metrics.
• Lead feature developments from idea to validated impact on end users.

Requirements

• Experience testing and releasing mobile changes while ensuring quality across multiple iOS versions.
• Experience with unit testing and automation testing frameworks (XCTest, Quick/Nimble).
• Strong principles towards writing clean, simple, secure, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
