What you will do

• Act as the primary SME for ACBS, covering core modules and lending products.
• Lead design, gap analysis, and impact assessments for enhancements, migrations, and production fixes.
• Own and lead delivery of complex, multi-region programmes including platform upgrades, modernisations, and regulatory initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial loan migrations across 30+ global markets, defining TOMs, data mapping, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive ACBS version/infrastructure upgrades and collaborate with architecture teams on API frameworks and cloud strategies.
• Provide 3rd-line SME support for complex production incidents and drive continuous improvement and standardisation.

Requirements

• Strong Commercial Lending SME experience with deep ACBS product knowledge is required.
• Solid understanding of credit risk, market risk, RWA/Liquidity reporting, and operational processes for lending products.
• Knowledge of Lansa technology and experience in debugging and resolving related application problems.
• Extensive experience delivering multi-country lending transformations.
• Strong capability in bridging technology, operations, and business strategy.
