WFM Solution Engineer (AI): Supporting sales and guiding customers through solution design and adoption of ’s Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) portfolio with an accent on translating customer challenges into actionable solution architectures. Focus on delivering differentiated solution demonstrations, shaping go‑to‑market initiatives, and supporting enterprise cloud transformation across APAC.
Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia, supporting the APAC region.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted WFM domain expert, delivering tailored solution designs and value‑based recommendations.
- Develop compelling business cases and support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with solution positioning and technical validation.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to map product capabilities to regional requirements.
- Deliver high‑impact solution demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept for WFM and AI‑driven solutions.
- Support regional go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives with WFM technical expertise and enablement content.
- Guide customers through enterprise cloud transformation journeys, advising on integration patterns and migration.
Requirements
- 3+ Years working in Solution engineering with Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization & Employee Engagement Solutions.
- Experience with Cloud Transformation, Digital Adoption & Architecture.
- Proficiency in RFI/RFP/RFQ Technical Response & Solution Design.
- Skilled in Executive‑Level Presentation, Value Engineering & Sales Enablement Support.
- Knowledge of AI‑Driven Workforce Intelligence, Automation & Optimization.
- Ability for Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Customer Engagement & Regional Adaptability.
- English: B2+ required.
