What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for SOAR capabilities, powering MDR efficiency and customer automation outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver embedded automation experiences that improve SOC analyst workflows.
• Integrate automation and orchestration capabilities across the Command Platform to create cohesive, scalable user experiences.
• Engage directly with MDR analysts and customers to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for automation.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across hirify.global’s Detection & Response and Platform teams to ensure consistent integration, performance, and extensibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or SOAR platforms.
• Deep understanding of security operations, incident response, MDR workflows, or automation use cases.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term delivery, combined with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrating clarity and influence across technical and business audiences.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
• Customer empathy and experience in conducting direct user research and validation, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
