Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• 3+ years working on concurrent, parallel or distributed systems OR 3+ years working on compilers or modern build tools.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Fluency in Rust.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Experience leveraging AI-based development tools to build production software.
