What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to foster growth and accountability.
- Drive pipeline generation, ensuring the team meets and exceeds creation goals and activity expectations.
- Continuously improve team operations using modern sales methodologies, tools, and enablement programs.
- Leverage Salesforce and performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and drive targeted coaching.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence partners to refine messaging and qualification criteria.
Requirements
- Must be able to work hybrid in Houston, TX, US.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including cold calling and pipeline generation.
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams, with a track record of exceeding team goals.
- Strong ability to engage with senior leaders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort thriving in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other inside sales technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise software, pricing optimization, CPQ, CLM, and/or the Salesforce platform.
- Continuous improvement mindset to analyze performance data and implement strategic improvements.
