TL;DR

Social Media Content Creator Co-op: Helping concept, produce, and edit social content for brand campaigns across various platforms with an accent on trendspotting, content planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on creating scroll-stopping short-form videos, photos, and graphics and optimizing them for each social media platform.

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA, USA from July to December 2026, five days a week.

What you will do

• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and always-on social content.
• Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
• Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes to inform creative concepts.
• Help organize and upload content to social scheduling platforms.
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and influencer marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program (graphic design, digital media, visual communication, or related field).
• Great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Basic familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).
• Good understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Ability to design visually appealing graphics while keeping up with platform-specific guidelines.
• A portfolio showcasing design work with a focus on digital or social media content.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics and animations for social media.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., hirify.global, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
• Knowledge of trends in social media marketing and content strategies.
