Senior Software Engineer (Java/Spring)

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Java/Spring): Contributing to the next generation of hirify.global’s modern SaaS platform, providing businesses the ability to improve customer service through the power of AI in the Contact Center with an accent on developing Identity and Access management system capable of handling OAuth, Security tokens, Identity of hirify.global customers, partners and citizen developers. Focus on scaling and performance tuning of database queries and microservices, contributing to the overall design.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office is required.

Salary: $90,000 - $250,300 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to the next generation of hirify.global’s modern SaaS platform, providing businesses the ability to improve customer service through the power of AI in the Contact Center.
• Play a critical role in developing a highly available, highly-scalable and reliable infrastructure for microservices with a primary focus on developing Identity and Access management system.
• Apply expertise of cloud computing stack, broad software technologies, and open source tools to resolve cloud technology platform challenges for customers.
• Gain deep application-level knowledge of existing systems as well as contributing to their overall design.
• Dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot and provide production support as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert in API/Java/Spring Security, Web-Auth, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Federation, IDP & CICP with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in scaling and performance tuning of database queries and microservices.
• Experience with distributed database systems like cockroach db, cassandra.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Nice to have working experience with one of the major public cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience with Okta IAM is a plus.
