What you will do

  • Design and build high-fidelity simulation environments that model complex distributed systems with realism and scalability.
  • Develop synthetic data generation tools and evaluation pipelines to train and assess AI agents across hirify.global products.
  • Collaborate with AI research and product engineering teams to integrate models into simulation and production workflows.
  • Define architecture and technical direction for hirify.global’s emerging simulation platform.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to shaping the culture of a new, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong experience in distributed systems, backend, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying ML/AI systems, beyond consumption of existing models.
  • Familiarity with synthetic data, simulation frameworks, or generative modeling approaches.
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and define new systems from the ground up.
  • Skilled communicator and team leader, especially in cross-functional and early-stage environments.
