TL;DR
Institutional Account Manager II (Fintech): Managing key client relationships and delivering support to institutional clients across various segments with an accent on client experience and issue resolution. Focus on building product knowledge, organizing client feedback, and ensuring clients successfully navigate ’s product suite.
Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually.
Salary: $151,895—$178,700 USD

What you will do
- Support key institutional client relationships and collaborate with sales, operations, and onboarding teams.
- Address client escalations promptly and communicate important updates to Account Management Leadership.
- Enhance client experience by supporting partner management, prioritization, and seamless execution across Institutional teams.
- Build product and workflow expertise to ensure institutional clients successfully navigate and utilize ’s product suite.
- Manage client requests, efficiently prioritize issues, and escalate complex matters to subject matter experts.
- Collect and structure client feedback for internal teams such as Operations, Engineering, and Product, helping identify bugs, incidents, and opportunities for product enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management/ Relationship Management.
- Team-oriented and client-focused with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, and urgency in delivering success for clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain lasting, trust-driven relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
Nice to have
- Digital Assets experience & knowledge.
- Prior Prime Brokerage experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
