What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality, scalable technical solutions for hirify.global services, especially the Actions platform.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage the growth of others.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leading discussions for technical solutions.
• Champion security across hirify.global Actions by designing and implementing isolation mechanisms for untrusted code execution.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Ability to design and deliver high-performance systems that power collaboration for millions of developers.
• Experience driving technical execution from design through production and leading initiatives across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for first responder and live incidents.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years' experience using general purpose programming languages like Go or Ruby.
• Experience building or operating CI/CD systems at scale.
