What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of PMs to manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance and review mechanisms.
• Guide and mentor project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and expand scope of work.
• Translate client’s business goals into creative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and content production.
• Experience managing direct reports with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience working with major telecom, CPG, and retail clients.
