Senior Designer (Motion Graphics, AI): Conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics for various platforms with an accent on enhancing brand visual identity and driving audience engagement. Focus on leveraging AI tools to expedite the creative process and developing design strategies tailored to social media platforms.

Location: Baghdad, Iraq. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance around four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite the creative process.
• Develop and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook).
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and animation techniques.
• Work closely with the Art Director and creative and social teams to refine and execute visual and content strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize graphics performance based on analytics and user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred).
• Proven experience in graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
