What you will do

  • Manage cross-functional responsibilities for the sales process from pitch to campaign delivery.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables on time, identifying obstacles and providing solutions.
  • Lead the internal process to gather budget inputs and revisions for media plans.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues, including risks to deal margin or production delays.
  • Own specific, critical steps in the sales process, such as creating and managing legal processes (Insertion Orders, Statements of Work, Letters of Agreements).
  • Coordinate with the digital team for ad tags and campaign setup in internal social advertising platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the media industry and/or in a project or account management role.
  • Experience with project management and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively work and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timeframes.
  • Ability and desire to understand, navigate, and guide others through complex processes.
