What you will do

• Lead and drive specific projects critical to hirify.global's needs, with opportunities to switch teams.
• Design and define loosely coupled, scalable systems within a microservices architecture.
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions across the full-stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management.
• Build, own, and operate systems to the highest levels of resilience and service.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in their technical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Someone who is AI proficient or AI curious.
• English: B2 required.
