What you will do

• Act as a reference for the team in technical art and provide solutions to complex issues.
• Optimize content to improve memory usage and performance.
• Contribute to asset development and rendering when needed.
• Plan, prioritize, and set inspiring goals for your team.
• Provide continuous and constructive feedback on team members’ performance and development.
• Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and identify potential risks.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Artist, ideally on AAA or AA productions, ideally on a multiplayer shooter game.
• Experience working on various world-building topics such as level art, lighting, props, or level design.
• Strong technical skills in performance, optimization, and workflow.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling software (Blender, 3DS Max, Substance Designer, Maya).
• Solid scripting skills (Maxscript, Python) and significant experience with a game engine (Unreal Engine, Unity, proprietary engine).
• Command of English allowing you to work in an international environment and collaborate with non-French-speaking peers.
