What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Bridge communication between business teams and the Xstore development team as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Drive Xstore localization efforts and manage customizations, enhancements, and development activities.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for new business requirements.
• Support the full software development lifecycle and optimize solutions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–4 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Xstore POS and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, Tablet).
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, store operations, and POS workflows.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, functional specification creation, and solution validation.
• Good knowledge of localization, integrations, and custom development in Xstore.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
