TL;DR
Product Designer (ESG): Shaping a web-based ESG data management and reporting platform with an accent on defining intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex, data-rich workflows. Focus on translating interconnected workflows into cohesive customer journeys and delivering data-informed design solutions.
Location: Hybrid, onsite in Montréal three days per week. Fluency in English and French is essential due to daily collaboration across Montréal and global partner teams.

What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft thoughtful end-to-end experiences.
- Lead user research and usability testing to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Translate complex problems into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Deliver data-informed design solutions that balance usability, performance, and accessibility.
- Present design work in reviews and offer constructive feedback to teammates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, design system, and user research frameworks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web-based applications.
- Strong grounding in user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
- Proven ability to independently break down and solve complex, ambiguous user problems.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing product decisions through design.
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Experience designing for data-heavy, reporting-focused platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Previous experience working in an agile development environment.
