TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer: Taking end-to-end ownership of advanced technical cases for the hirify.global platform with an accent on deep technical troubleshooting including backend logs, APIs, integrations, and SSO issues. Focus on root-cause analysis, complex problem resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Location: Hybrid in Malmö, Sweden. This role requires authorization to work in Sweden and is open to everyone eligible to work in the EU. Two weeks per year can be worked fully remote from anywhere globally.

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of advanced and complex technical cases, driving issues to resolution.
  • Perform deep technical troubleshooting, including backend log analysis, root-cause analysis, APIs, integrations, configuration, and SSO issues.
  • Act as a technical escalation point, supporting complex troubleshooting for both customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, providing timely updates, root cause explanations, and solutions.
  • Prioritize tickets and incidents, including critical cases, and escalate when needed to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve platform stability.

Requirements

  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Around 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic, with a structured and methodical approach to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with a genuine drive to create a clear, trustworthy, and positive customer experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Authorization to work in Sweden is required; applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU are welcome.

  • Experience working with integrations, APIs, or system architecture, and motivation to grow technical depth.
