What you will do

• Work closely with product and design teams to customize the Android experience.
• Design and develop high-quality software for the Android application using Kotlin.
• Focus on UI design principles to create intuitive applications.
• Identify and solve frontend issues by analyzing data, processes, and code.
• Perform consistent and substantial testing for innovative consumer-facing mobile products.
• Implement solutions to complex problems within the frontend infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Android Developer or in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of native Android languages such as Kotlin, Java, and XML.
• Strong knowledge and/or experience with Jetpack Compose and design/architecture patterns like MVVM.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development and leveraging AWS services (EC2, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
