Senior Product Manager (Security)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Security/Cloud): Leading the strategy and delivery of cloud detect and response capabilities across cloud, SaaS, identity, and AI environments with an accent on customer discovery, product requirements, and execution. Focus on improving security outcomes such as time-to-detect, time-to-investigate, and containment, while simplifying SecOps workflows.

What you will do

• Own and drive product areas from vision to measurable impact.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with SecOps, Incident Response (IR), SOC teams, and security leaders.
• Translate complex SoC workflows and requirements into crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with engineering and research to define technical requirements, data needs, and tradeoffs.
• Define and ship capabilities that improve security outcomes (time-to-detect, investigate, contain, quality, remediation).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging, enablement, and launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (Cybersecurity strongly preferred) with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong security domain understanding and experience working with SecOps, SOC, and IR teams.
• Technical fluency: ability to work deeply with engineering and security research teams (APIs, data pipelines, cloud services).
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, prioritize, and ship iteratively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership across engineering, GTM, and executives.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with one or more of: EDR, XDR, NDR, CSPM, CNAPP.
• Experience with AI agentic technology.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and security telemetry in AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with detection/response ecosystems (SIEM/SOAR concepts, identity providers).
• Familiarity with attacker techniques and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK).
