What you will do
- Qualify, evaluate, and manage authorized partners in the Central Asia region.
- Set and evaluate performance targets for partners to capture growth potential.
- Train and inspire partners, developing webinars and handling inbound calls.
- Act as the head of Salesforce, informing and training the local sales team.
- Participate in field activities like fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Perform outbound calls to develop non-active partners and recruit new ones.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in a similar customer-oriented role.
- Good understanding of a 2-tier sales model.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in the IT or security industry.
- Fluency in Kazakh or Russian and English is required.
Nice to have
- Motivation to conduct cold calls.
- Additional language such as Turkish.
