Salary: 23,000–26,000 PLN + VAT (B2B) or equivalent (employment contract)

What you will do

• Build the next generation of error classification models and carrier integration frameworks.
• Support data initiatives by reviewing existing data models and defining new data architecture.
• Implement internal applications for managing insurance carrier data and viewing dashboards.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Implement backends and their interactions with various data stores and APIs.
• Actively shape software architecture, bringing your ideas and expertise into technical discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 1+ year of experience building frontend applications (React preferred).
• Practical knowledge of at least one relational database system (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Experience with microservices and cloud environments.
• Experience implementing the test pyramid (unit, integration, e2e tests).
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Availability to work in afternoon hours, including occasional evening meetings due to U.S. time zone collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, source control systems, and code reviews.
• Experience working in a legacy codebase.
