Location: Milano. Work format: hybrid. You will support clients and our service team remotely from our offices.

What you will do

• Support the CDS team for efficient service delivery across different time zones.
• Engage in configuration deployments and contribute to service deliveries and client meetings.
• Plan and prepare deployment windows with clients and the team.
• Create configuration packages based on client definitions and follow up on deployments.
• Document and report in line with defined service procedures.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and client stakeholders and advise on process improvements.

Requirements

• Master in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics, or similar qualification.
• Experience with configuring and deploying components of complex standard software applications in the financial sector.
• Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new technical content.
• Experience in a Windows Server environment and/or basic knowledge of cloud technology.
• Interest or basic knowledge about processes in the investment industry.
• Service-minded, positive mindset, and experienced with the ITIL framework.
• Proficient analytical skills and a solution and result-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
