What you will do

• Monitor and analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
• Perform daily and periodic payment reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate fund settlement.
• Investigate complex payment exceptions and support fraud prevention efforts.
• Identify inefficiencies in payment processes and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends like real-time payments, stablecoins, and AI-driven monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, CSE, Statistics, or a related field.
• For Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or data analysis with a focus on digital payments.
• For Executive: Strong skills in BI tools, analytics, or data-driven problem-solving (fresh graduates welcome).
• Sound understanding of digital payment ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or automation concepts.
