What you will do

• Develop hirify.global TV & Mobile Apps with a primary focus on TV App streaming capabilities.
• Collaborate with designers and SVP Platforms to build engaging features for mobile and TV.
• Enhance performance, reliability, and accessibility across mobile and TV devices.
• Implement and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and roll out successful experiments.
• Build internal tools to monitor and optimize a multi-million user app ecosystem.
• Contribute to architecture decisions to ensure stable and reliable user experiences.

Requirements

• Deep experience with TV Apps and streaming technologies (Video Streaming, DRM).
• Proficiency with React Native, TypeScript, Expo, and GraphQL.
• Ability to run multiple React Native and Expo updates and work with native modules.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team with other developers and Product Managers.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken communication required).

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX design (e.g., Figma).
• Having a side project/startup or an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness and desire to take ownership of the TV App and guide its development.
