What you will do

• Own and scale hirify.global’s brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.
• Lead web design with a performance mindset, crafting journeys that convert.
• Produce high-impact multi-format content: video, photography, campaign visuals, and 3D assets.
• Supervise and mentor external collaborators and internal contributors.
• Structure and optimize the design team’s workspace as a Notion expert.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate creative production.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS environments, ideally scaling brands in high-growth tech companies (fintech is a strong plus).
• Proven track record building or evolving strong visual brands.
• Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong capabilities in video editing (After Effects or equivalent) and 3D design tools (Spline, Blender, or similar).
• Web-first design mindset with a focus on conversion and user journeys.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
