What you will do

• Process and upload affiliate payment requests accurately and on time.
• Review, verify, and approve final payout amounts in coordination with the Finance team.
• Reconcile affiliate performance data with payment records to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate payment confirmations and resolve discrepancies with affiliate partners.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure affiliate payments comply with internal policies and financial controls.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate operations, finance operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and financial reconciliations.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage and verify numerical data accurately.
• Experience coordinating across teams, particularly Affiliates and Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting payments.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience working in affiliate platforms or tracking tools.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Basic understanding of compliance or payment approval workflows.
