What you will do

• Respond to, debug, and escalate CIR Docusign template issues to engineering if necessary.
• Automate weekly Docusign batch onboardings with a batch job.
• Debug and reverse-engineer Docusign behavior with various document types.
• Create documentation and guidelines for template coding.
• Manage ESign features flags or create tools for self-service enablement by CSMs.
• Port PHP Docusign code to Python and migrate to Docman.
• Improve security by customizing Docusign admin profiles and policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Python (Flask) OR at least one statically typed language (e.g., Java, C#, C++).
• 3+ years experience with PHP (Laravel).
• Strong backend development knowledge.
• Experience with Unit Testing, REST APIs, and OOP (familiarity with SOLID principles).
• Proficiency in Linux/Bash, Docker, SQL, and Cloud platforms.
