Location: Hybrid setup in Istanbul or Sofia. After 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly.

What you will do

• Take ownership of quality checks for operational tasks including legal account restrictions, blocked users, and transaction reviews.
• Identify and resolve process gaps using simple, effective, and data-driven solutions.
• Leverage AI to enhance the speed and accuracy of quality processes.
• Maintain a user-centric approach to ensure smooth and secure banking experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with compliance tasks such as legal account restrictions, blocked users, or transaction reviews.
• Proficient in working with data and using Looker dashboards to find insights.
• Ability to easily spot process gaps and create smart solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve quality and automate routine checks.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Work effectively within a global team.
