What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, from outreach and sourcing to interviews and offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, craft roles, and shape hiring strategies.
  • Build pipelines of strong, diverse candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer-brand initiatives to strengthen hirify.global’s presence in the talent market.
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, continuously improving the process.
  • Ensure every candidate has a positive and transparent experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing skills, creative approach, and experience using sourcing tools, including AI-based tools (beyond LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong communicator and influencer.
  • Data-informed and organized approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tech/SaaS recruiting is a plus.
