Advance Capital is a leading independent investment bank in Russia, advising mid-cap and large-cap companies on M&A and equity and debt financing transactions across Russia and the CIS. Since its founding over 18 years ago, the firm has successfully closed more than 100 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding US$5 billion.

According to Mergers.ru, Advance Capital ranked first among investment banks in Russia by number of completed transactions in 2025. During the year, the firm closed six transactions totaling over RUB 20 billion, including landmark deals such as the sale of Academ-Online to Yandex and the sale of the Molniya retail chain to Lenta.

Advance Capital is seeking motivated candidates for an Intern / Junior Analyst position to join its M&A team. The role offers hands-on exposure to live transactions and close collaboration with senior bankers on complex, high-profile deals.
