What you will do

• Lead the play in generating and sharing regular product testing, including QA for new feature releases.
• Pass on valuable feedback to stakeholders, sparking improvements and fresh ideas based on marketing research and competitor testing.
• Collaborate with analysts to connect the dots across multiple insight sources and create the full picture.
• Support the CRM squad by delivering reports and gathering data from a variety of sources.
• Work closely with colleagues from other teams and our tech department to drive the the game plan focusing on the business side of our CRM roadmap.

Requirements

• Education. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Data, or a related field.
• Experience. You bring 4+ years of experience in a similar role. A background in iGaming is essential, with a strong focus on marketing and data analysis. Alternatively you bring a strong background from consultancy with a similar expertise.
• Language. Fluency in English is a must as it’s our main business language. German skills are a plus - as we’re the #1 sports betting company in Germany.
• Leadership. You are an inspiring leader with people management experience driving the success of your team.
• Mindset. Your data-driven, analytical mindset helps you to analyze and find solutions for complex problems. You are highly motivated to achieve the best results and you bring a positive, can-do attitude to the game.
